Linda woodrow is an author, blogger, and a professional life coach/ life coach consultant. She blogs at www.lindawoodrow.com, and is also a professional life coach consultant and a coach. She has an extensive portfolio of clients that includes: entrepreneurs, authors, and authors. She is a published author and is in the process of writing her second book.

Linda has a passion for finding happiness, and she has a great way of showing it for you all. She is a graduate of a number of schools, including The University of Chicago, The University of Southern California, and The University of Texas, and has a Masters degree from the University of Chicago. The interview was great, but the best thing about it is the fact that Linda has been featured on a number of television shows including Oprah and she has a website dedicated to helping people who are struggling with mental health. I really enjoyed her interview because she talks about what it is like to live with mental health issues. I am not sure how she gets down in the trenches with people, but I am sure she will help people when they need it.

She currently works with people in the greater Los Angeles area. Woodrow’s blog is called “The Road to Recovery.

I think we’re on the same page with the word “self-aware” and the word “self-motivated”. That’s actually quite a good thing. We can get all the answers to our questions, but if our minds are on autopilot and we can’t remember where we are going in the day or what we’re doing, then we’re on the road to self-awareness.

It’s easy to feel like you’re self-aware when you’re just scrolling through your Facebook feed or watching Netflix, but this is just a mental trick that doesn’t really work that well. We’re all too busy to be aware of the things we’re doing and it seems to me that the more we think about ourselves, the worse that feeling becomes. We all have a tendency to want to stop, to rewind, to look back, but this just doesn’t work for me.
