The title of this web-based video is “Bogrim,” which is a play on the word bogart, which is the original German word for “brain” or “mind.” I like to think of bogrim as the “third level of self-awareness,” where we are aware of our thoughts, but we still need to understand that they are still “out there” and not ours or anyone else’s.

The first three levels of self-awareness are the logical and reflective ones. The fourth level is the meta-cognitive — the stage where you really understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. The fifth level is the super-logical and reflective one, and the sixth level is the meta-cognitive one. The final level is the super-logical and reflective one again.

When we’re in the meta-cognitive stage, we tend not to have to be aware of how our thoughts and actions are going to be and how we are going to get out of it. We’ll be more conscious of what we’re doing and what that means.

It’s like we’re all in the meta-cognitive stage at once. And because we are, it’s hard to stop. So we have to use techniques such as asking questions to get a clear answer. This is the stage where we have to be clear about our intentions so we can stop what we’re doing.

It’s like we have to be aware that we are doing this, but we don’t have to be aware that we are doing it. When we are in the meta-cognitive stage, we tend not to be aware of what were doing or why we are doing it. All we are aware of is that we are doing it. All we know is that we are doing it. So if we are in the meta-cognitive stage, we have to ask ourselves a lot of questions.

But it’s not like we don’t know what was doing in the first place. We can’t just be certain that we are doing it. Our brains make us aware of what was doing and why we are doing it. We have to be aware that we can’t stop and think about what was doing because we don’t know what was doing in the first place.

You will not be able to stop and think about what was doing in the first place. If you want to be a good person, you need to be well-behaved. You need to be willing to be an asshole, and that is your job.

We are not being a good person. We are being an asshole. The difference is that we are not being an asshole because we are being a good person. We are being an asshole because we are being a bad person. Our brains make us aware of what was doing in the first place and why we are doing it, and we act on those perceptions. But what we perceive is not the truth of our experience.

This is not a new issue and it has been a problem for a long time. A good friend of ours, who is a psychologist, says that the reason we act so badly is because our brains make us afraid of things that are dangerous. Because if we perceive that something is dangerous, we are going to act on that fear and take measures to avoid it.
